This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website.
Information we collect on the website
When you visit our website, we may collect your email address through our waitlist form. We only collect the email address you provide, together with the page you signed up from, so we can let you know when Calesto is available to you.
Information we collect in our software
Our software exclusively gathers data concerning purchase processes and analytics, facilitated by RevenueCat. This encompasses your purchase history and device ID. Any purchases made are processed in a way that the data remains unlinked to your personal identity, ensuring it is anonymized.
Use of your information
We use your email address to tell you when your waitlist spot opens up, and to send you product updates about Calesto.
Protection of your information
We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Waitlist email addresses are held by our email marketing provider, which has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect them, and are transmitted over encrypted connections.
Disclosure of your information
We will not disclose your personal information to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
Retention of your information
We will retain your email address for as long as you remain on our waitlist or mailing list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you, we delete your email address from our provider's records.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information that we hold. You can do this by contacting us at hello@calesto.lol. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or to comply with legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this page periodically.
